New Utopia ( as known as New Utopia Princedom ) ia a micronation in the Caribbean Sea that is hoped to build structures from underwater lands.It was announced for the first time on April 13th,1999 by an American businessman named Howard Turney(Prince Lazarus)
The project was established in 1995 when Lazarus Long,the founder of the New Utopia,came across a derelict shallow underwater area in the Caribbean Sea.Later on,he pressed a charge against United Nations.A lot of investertors from all around the World,mostly from the USA,supported this project.
